How to do butt workout for women at home with ELEVATED CLAMSHELL RIGHT:
- Reps: 20
- Sets: 3
- Lie down on left side, the left upper hand is placed on the floor. The other hand is placed across your abs; your palm is flat on the floor.
- Keep your legs together, bend the knees at 90 degrees between your thighs and calves.
- Start lifting the legs up, keep them stationary; don't let it down. Lift your right knee as high as possible. Always contract your butt.
- Slowly lower it down.
- This is 1 rep. Continue the extra 19 reps.
